The pressure-sensitive seal is made of polystyrene foam with universal adhesive, designed to activate via pressure when the cap is applied (torque). It is a practical and effective solution for dry and paste-like products, ideal for industries requiring secure sealing without the need for machinery.
Once the pressure-sensitive seal is placed inside the cap, the seal adheres to the container via torque and must be left to set for 12 hours to ensure a firm bond. It features printing in 3 languages (“Sealed for your protection”) as evidence of integrity. It is tearable, moisture-resistant, and offers spill-proof support, guaranteeing a reliable seal.
